I basically made a full minion build. The trouble I say I’m having is choosing are what bracers, ring, balt, prim Skill, and final passive I should go with. I’m also open to any other suggestions.
If you’re going for the Skeleton Crew achievement, it can be done on any difficulty so Command Skeletons and Jesseth set is all you basically need (in all honesty since it can be done on Normal difficulty you can do it with pretty much anything). The best way is to repeat kill Zolton Kulle ad inifinitum. Since the only enemies in his zone is his 3 elites and him, just send your skellies at them and remake the game.
Now if you wanted to do it at higher difficulty, the best ring would be Krysbin’s Sentence. The best belt is Witching Hour. The best bracers is Reaper’s Wraps. The best primary skill is Bone Spikes Sudden Impact (stuns to proc Krysbin’s). For the Skeleton Crew achievement, you don’t want Thorns in your build because if Thorns kills an enemy then your Skeletons didn’t and you don’t get credit for the achievement. I’d go with Dark Reaping and Life from Death. I’d drop Army of the Dead and Revive for Devouring Aura and Blood Rush.
Rathma set is not ideal for the Skeleton Crew achievement since it relies on having Mages active and any kills by your Mages do not count towards getting the achievement. As I said, it could be done on Normal difficulty with random yellow gear and the correct skills.

No worries. If you’re looking to push with Rathma then most of the gear I recommended is still valid. Moribund Gauntlets should definitely swap to Tasker and Theo, they are the best gloves for Rathma. Cube armor should be Razeth’s Volition (or cube Tasker gloves and equip Razeth’s). Unfortunately, Rathma builds are weaker than their Legacy of Dreams counterpart. The only thing that Rathma can do that LoD can not is use the Jesseth set, but LoD is still superior to Rathma even with Jesseth set.
