I’ve read that sims benefit from the offhand at all times but I cant get it to work. They hit like wet noodles. The only meaningful dmg output I can get is when I dump all my essence with skeletal mage and then repeat when im at full essence. Tried this in a grp at GR136, but as I said I hit like a wet noodle. Did they nerf the simulacrums?
bfr the simul gain triple dip benefit from the amulet if iam not mistaken but bliz already fixed it at patch 2.6.10
- Simulacrums casting Grim Scythe with Haunted Visions no longer gain double benefit from Trag’Ouls Corroded Fang (currently bugged on the PTR)
still the simul can proc ad and gain full benefit from off hand, so ur esence dont mean anything for simul dmg
