I’ve noticed this bug and found a workaround similar to the WD pets issue - when you enter a new area using Haunted Visions Simulacrums & a maxed Boon of the Hoarder, any kills from your Simulacrums will not drop gold. However, if you re-cast your Simulacrums so they respawn within the area, all kills will drop gold.
