Blizzard Energy Twister skill is useless no matter how much damage buffs it receives. There is one simple solution.
Please add “Energy Twister gains Wicked Wind rune - Energy Twister no longer travels but spins in place” to Ranslor’s Folly bracers or to Valthek’s Rebuke instead of “Energy Twister now travels in a straight line”.
This way you can choose any rune and twisters will always spin in place making this skill not random, but predictable.
Nope. You’d want it to spin in place, not give us Wicked Wind. If you gave us Wicked Wind, and you picked a different rune, there might be a conflict and/or bug introduced.

Yes. That would solve a lot of the problem with Twister, if they spun in place in normal practice.

ET needs to spin in place instead of traveling in a straight line.
the straight line thing is even worse than the standard effect of ET. it’s actually a legendary affix that change the skill itself to be inferior.
having twisters everywhere on screen also isn’t possible to play in high density. servers can’t handle it, bad gameplay (especially with DMO due to placing slow time bubbles)

Not sure but if it’s translated somewhat to what you said, sounds like he/she is saying about the same thing. Twister “is not tamable” and not enough reach I would guess means “twister needs to stay put” lol.
