Hi,
I started to play D3 Ultimate Edition on my old Xbox360.
I do not receive “Signet Ring of the Blizzard”
I conntacted Support and was informed that based on An Update on Account Linking for Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition - Diablo III I should receive that ring on each new character when it is created.
As I do not recive it I was asked to report a bug.
I checked characters I play and stash.
I created new character just to check.
I started playing about 3 weeks ago.
I installed the game on cosole hard drive.
I play on xbox live accound (but did not pay for gold account).
My console is connected to LAN by Ethernet cable.
To my knowledge I does not have game updates available to install.
It is quite interested that in game menu whent I choose battle.net I am still informed that this reward would be received after accound connection (but it no longer should be needed).
If anyone could tell if this bonus ring would be still available or what steps should I take to get it - please share. I woud be gratefull for any support.
