Is anyone else not receiving the Signet Ring of the Blizzard for xbox 360 for RoS?
I have tried; reinstalling the game, unlinking my xbox account with battle.net and then linking it again, restarted xbox 360 several different times and logging in and out, played all the way through to the act 5, made a new character, tried with my old characters, checked my characters inventory, stash which is not full, and the mail box, and still nothing. 
I have submitted a support ticket, looked at several different post/online forms for any type of work around, chatted with blizzard support, contacted Microsoft even and still nothing will work or why I’m still not getting the Signet Ring of the Blizzard.
Any one have any idea or what I should do?

That version of the game, is no longer supported, so you most likely won’t get any attention to it.
actually check a non season character (create a new one) on playstation its sitting in a mailbox, they altered the ring now so you can’t sell/smash it for mats. I was setting up a few practice characters in prep of the new season and making new guys in non season so i have 25 new signets lol
