I have a primal wall of man shield I was messing with, the stats at the mystic say it can roll 15-18% life, but when the life roll happens, it rolls either 15 OR 18%, not just the max 18%. Happening on ALL shields, (tested it on multiple primal shields)
Not that it’s a giant or game breaking bug, but it does exist.
