Maybe I just have awful luck, but been farming for like 2 hours and haven’t seen a single one drop yet?
I imported my characters for PTR and been hunting bosses, so what am I doing wrong?

OK so… bad luck then? Or do I need to just roll a new guy and click seasonal?
Yes. Create a new Seasonal hero or Rebirth.
Shards start dropping pretty early, Level 11-ish. Embers come later.

They can drop from bosses right at level 1.

Yes, indeed. I just discovered that.
see, i farm for 2 hour the bosses on the act 2 to get the shard of dreg and im seasonal and not a single drop
i lvl up from 1 to 70 and grind until i can get to torment 16 and still not a single one
