OK? The Shadowglide Rune says you get 30% Movespeed while it’s active, but it only works for a few seconds upon activation. I wasn’t referring to the AoE slow to enemies.
I don’t know what else I can say. Maybe “Tactical Advantage”? Or should I try to explain “Tactical Adavantage” in detail?
Or is a link to “Tactical Adavantage” better?

ok - how’d u do this? I posted a link to a page in game guide in another thread but it came out like this:
