I have the following problems, which cannot be resolved even with activating or deactivating in the settings:
Success reports from friends who are in my clan are not displayed.
Deactivating all messages from friends and clan members has no effect. This means that if I turn off success messages from friends and clan members, I will still see messages from friends outside the clan. Still not those of friends within the clan.
I completely deleted the battle.net folder. No effect. Is there any other cache folder I could delete? Repair function didn’t help either.
The problem has existed for a long time, i.e. before the current patch.
Edit:
Next try was to uninstall battlenet-app and reinstall it. This doesnt help. Is here in the us technical forum no support from blizzard staff?
