How do I obtain the Meteor that heals???
From the 2-piece bonus on the Firebird’s set armour…
When you die, a meteor falls from the sky and revives you.
This effect has a 60 second cooldown.
So, you need to take enough damage that you would die, but the meteor saves you instead.

Iceman, are you asking how to get the set dungeon done?
In that case when you see a large group of enemies make sure to dot them, and let them kill you, a meteor will fall down to revive you and will also give you the set objective done.
I would also recommend you to check for recent set dungeon guides on YouTube.
