Hey. i played today around 2 hours ago and had crushed and disconnect. But i played on hardcore and when im back to game after some times i see that my character is dead.. I send message to support., they told me to contact TCH forums.. Is it any change to save my character? please

That is maybe why support sent you to the forums. Because if the servers are not having problems. They will send you here.
In 13yrs play the game. About 99% of the time I have a disconnect is when I’m in town. The one where it kicks to the desktop. Then the box pops up and gives a error code. Then ask what you doing at the time.
Plus when you play HC you agree to the rules that if you DIE. No matter it happens you can’t get your character back. I played HC a lot till they gave US the Nightmare area. You go into to a area where you know you have a chance to DIE.
You can’t blame the server most of the times. I had a problem Monday night. I was trying to do the Challenge Rift. I was getting rubber banding and very bad lag. I restarted the game still the same thing. Then I check the internet speed. I was only getting about 24mbs download. I normally get 400 or 500mbs download. Reset the cable modem and everything was fine.
Plus what is going on here where you can’t move things around any more. You can’t cut and paste things???
I just caught this comment. (I’m getting slower in my elder years). Are you referring to posting in these forums?
Not long ago, the forum software was updated and caused some changes in how things work. One of those things was the Reply Editor. It opens to Rich Text mode by default. Supposedly, the “copy/paste” feature not working is unintentional. I’m not sure if it will be fixed.
For now, open the Reply Editor and click the far left button on the Editor Toolbar to switch to Markdown mode. (Or, with the Reply window open press Ctrl+M.
And, if this is not what you’re talking about, then… never mind.
