Statement
Ever since the last maintenance, my game sucks. I check my drivers.. check
I check versions.. check
I check my internet speed… check
I reboot… check
And yet the servers often can’t connect or start a game and just die.
I’ve been playing this game for years and i’ve never experienced this level of poor quality.
It is probably a local issue. If it was the Servers, there would be a lot more complaints. I have had weather related issues with my ISP this Summer.
I have it every day in my area. Xfinity every day cuts back on the internet between like 11am to like 2pm. My download speed is like 600 to 800mb and the upload between 15 to 30mb. When they cut back the download is below 400mbs. But the upload is 2 or 3mb.
You would think my download should be fine at like 300 to 400mb. But most people don’t look at the upload speed. You really have to look at both. When everything goes back to normal everything starts working OK again.
Plus I don’t play the game between those hrs too.
You can try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
This has helped some users who have issues connecting to certain things, even when there is no evident cause.
If it was weather, I could underastand. This is every day
Not weather, not connection speed, it just keeps telling me the servers are busy
