I still have the book and the discs - the box, alas, is long gone.

Makes sense. I couldn’t locate my ‘saved games’ file path for a while until I simply did a PC search for my SP character’s name and it popped up immediately.
Tip for those who are trying to find their D2 legacy SP files.
