Second primal item isn't dropping (Altar of rites bug)

As it is in the topic’s name, I found by myself two primal items AFTER I unlocked this Altar of Rites option but I never received the second primal Item.

Just to be clear: You completely unlocked all of the Seals PLUS the three Potion Powers AND the Final Seal?

Well I unlocked this double primal potion but not the final seal yet.

If it works with final seal ONLY, why the other one works just fine without unlocking thr final seal?

I’m not sure what you’re asking. You DO NOT get double Primal drops until you UNLOCK the Final Seal.


I’m only sorry that you missed out on a couple of extra Primal items.

What I meant was, I also unlocked the potion which grants you random altar bonus when you drink your healing potion and it works just fine without unlocking the final seal.

And I don’t get why one of the bonuses work and another one doesn’t. There’s no description that determine such a thing, too.

Each time you unlock a Seal or Potion Power it unlocks the effects from THAT Seal or Potion.

For a complete list of those effects see the Season 28 Rites of Sanctuary, Patch Notes. (Scroll down to Seal and Legendary Potion Powers).

The letters “A” through “Z” represent the individual Seals and tells you what effect you get when it is unlocked.

The letters “AA”, “AB”, and “AC” represent the Potion Powers and describes their effects.

The letters “AD” represent the Final Seal and tells you what its effect is.

You cannot unlock the Final Seal until everything else in the Altar is unlocked. Seals AND Potions.

Note: Each time you mouse-over a Seal or Potion it will popup a tooltip that describes its effect. For example:


Edit: I should mention that I’m on a PC. So, I don’t know how you “mouse-over” on console.

WOW. Just wow. That’s the problem, apparently, all this time I was reading the final seal’s description. I would show you how it looks on the console, but I can’t download the image.

Now I feel dumb. Sorry for wasting your time, thanks for your patience.
