Seasonal Solo cannot do Gr55 in 6 sets of gear

I have a seasonal solo monk and have done all 5 monk sets to GR55. You don’t count the No Set Items GR55 as a set option and the monk apparently cannot download other char sets, so I created a seasonal Barb but going through season journey to get a set NONE of the seasonal solo char achievements are shown so a seasonal solo char cannot share with any other character and cannot get a set for another character to drop??? What is the solution since no characters have 6 sets to use? should not all seasonal solo characters for the same person ie a barb and a monk be able to share gear?

It’s not a bug but a misunderstanding on your part.

It is not written anywhere that the conquest must be achieved with a single character.

You just have to do a GR55 with your seasonal barb and you’ll get the conquest.

Correct – a « Seasonal Solo » hero will not share its journey with a « Seasonal » hero.

Correct - the Journey provides only one set of Haedrig Gifts… if you already claimed it with your Seasonal Solo hero, then there won’t be one for the Seasonal hero.Actually, this season, the Journey for Seasonal (non solo) is separate from the Journey for Seasonal Solo. They also each have their own Haedrig gift so that if you claim your gifts in Seasonal Solo, you can also claim your gift in Seasonal (non-solo)

The solution is to create a Seasonal Solo Barb (or other class but Monk), level it to 70 and start farming set items for that hero.

They do… the inventory is shared with all the heroes of the same mode.

Ensure your Barb and Monk are in the same mode — I suspect your Monk is Seasonal Solo while your Barb is Seasonal. On my screenshot below, “BarbieSolo” and “PourConquête” are in the same mode (note the icon to the right of the name of the hero)… while “SeasonXXIX” is not:

SSF means Solo Self Found, not Solo Character Found. It means you are excluded from all group activities and any benefits they bring, that’s all. It does not mean each character is isolated into their own individual gameplay modes with individual stashes, progression, etc.

You are correct. The seasonal solo barb I created apparently is just a seasonal barb. I intended to make it seasonal solo too, but it is not and only delete shown as option so no rebirth. I guess the only way to get out of this is delete the seasonal barb with the Seasonal Journey Chapter gear will be gone too. No way to go from seasonal to seasonal only. Not the answer I wanted but thank you for taking the time to tell me the bad news

The gear is only gone if you the delete the character while he is wearing it. Put all the gear in your stash before deleting the character and if you come back to playing regular seasonal mode, it will be there. The new SSF character won’t have access to it, but it isn’t deleted if you have it in the stash.

I played DH and bought wizard orbs until I had enough orbs to make a tal set using the convert set item cube recipe.

I did level two gems of ease to 25. One was used to make a level 70 leoric crown to be level 1 with the cube recipe.

I crafted an int hellfire amulet and ring.

As such, I levelled from one to 70 with

  1. Hellfire amulet
  2. Hellfire ring
  3. Two handed weapon with socketed level 25+ gem of ease
  4. “Level 1” Leoric Crown with Ruby

It was pretty quick to level a wizard.
