Seasonal jurney not paying out rewards properly

Dear support

My friends and myself have managed to complete season 29 seasonal jurney.
However I did notice that I was missing additional stash that I should obtain from completing conqueror.
I have 10 stash tabs total available. I had 10 stash tabs when I started this season.
Can you please look into it?

Hi,

You’re not providing enough information.

  • How many stash tabs do you have currently (all stash tabs - bought and not yet bought) ?
    The maximum you can get is 13.

  • In how many seasons (starting at Season 5) did you complete Conqueror ?
    Look in your Season Profile.

This isn’t really the correct forum for this issue… Bug Report is a better choice. You can move the topic by clicking the pencil to the right of the topic title and changing the category to “Bug Report”.

ok - but it still is in Technical Support. Did you accept the change after changing the category to Bug Report ?

You can count the number of seasons where you completed Conqueror or Guardian by counting them in your Season Profile.

I have completed them in 2 seasons. In season 25 and now season 29.

Ok – so… stash tabs are allocated as follows:

Base Diablo III : 4
Reaper of Souls : 2
Necro DLC : 2
Season : 1 per season where you reach Conqueror or Guardian (up to a max of 5)

So you are currently entitled to 4+2+2+2 = 10 tabs… which is what you have.
When you have completed Conqueror or Guardian in 3 more seasons, you will have 13 tabs which is the current maximum.

I could have sworn that I’ve had 10 stash stackes when I started this season.
