you wont at 18 to level it to max but you can get it to the point you can equip a weapon 10-15 levels higher than your level. Thats still a major power boost. After that if you can clear a bounty set on T1 you’ll get enough gold and a DB. Even if you can equip a lvl 70 weapon at lvl 45-50, it’s still way faster than getting the xp pools node first. So no, whatever you do unlock the no lvl required node before.

Because very often the situation with impassable CR. Win 2 hours and lose the whole week.

The great part of this cache sacrifice is there is no easy answer. Both sides can be correct.
I’m only going to help the one side.
Tbh we’ve never had so much debate in the community, it’s usually just people crying about stuff being nerfed or other stuff being op. We got that a lot as well, but still there’s been engagement like no other season. The Altar, in whatever final form we may get it, was a great idea.

I will be verry curious if people who keep the starter CR cache, will be able to offer it on the altar, before next weeks CR. I imagine getting a Petrified Scream, prior to the CR cache offering will be an obstruction in progres, and some might slide in to next weeks CR, still haveing their first cache.

fair point, scream and ramalandi are roadblocks but i still tend to save all furher challenge rift caches for Hardcore.
I ran the PTR like I was doing a new season. Yes it is nice that they give us all that stuff in bags. But to test this PTR right you have to do it like a new season. More this PTR than other ones. You have the Alter this season. If you do it from using all the bags of stuff. You really don’t get the true out come how the Alter is going to work. Just use the challenge chest. That way it is kinda like doing a new season.
One other other thing I heard the challenge rift is going to be close Friday. It will open up on the Monday. If this is true I’m going to wait till Monday to start the new season.
You really do only lose 3 days.
Only very casual players or those who have plenty of time or smartless people or those who play in group will use the CR for leveling.
I just play to complete a story again and again until it bores me. I don’t think there’s more casual than that.

Thing is if people want to be efficient, if playing solo for leveling 1 to 70, keeping the CR is the right play ; )
In 3 days, i guess a huge majority of good players will finish the altar and all the seals, particularly if they play in group.

I really do not think you can speak on behalf of other players like that.
The cache does benefit a lot in a season start. You will only need to wait 3 days to get the next one.
What about people who have panties to wash?
