Season progress bugged

Can’t progress in seasonal challenges because it says complete previous and the first challenge leaderboard 2 mins greater rift complete won’t register even though it showed I completed with pop-up
Please contact as I can’t log on with my switch account on blizzard webpage/app and I can’t submit a ticket as you only accept Windows/Mac

I have screenshots but can’t post

Also I can’t interact with the mailbox so I can’t get my season set gifts

maybe it says complete nephalem rift under 2 mins , and you have mistook that for greater rift ?

Look in PC Bug Report for the full discussion and screen shots.
I don’t think this is about the 2 min warning challenge, probably the destroyer/champion 6 minute achievements. Just a guess.
