I’m having a problem in-game, it’s telling me that season 33 is no longer available. Am I the only one having this problem?

Apparently the season ended abruptly with no previous announcement, everyone is quite confused.

last night I had all my items in my trunk and this morning my empty trunk was empty. 
Check your non-Season in-game mail.
it’s going to be complicated because everything is in the trunk out of season.
My season character doesn’t even have any money or stone left and all my primos are in the off-season safe. and parangon 0

PC EU all my characters have rolled to nonseason at 17:00 CET like everyone else, and for a couple of hours they were nonseasonal,
so i transfered my stuff and added paragon levels, with exception of keeping large number of whisper of atonement on my main necro character.
now characters are back to season, with 0 paragon level, no stash, and free headig gift… the game kept only what was equipped on them and their inventories.
Too bad i dont have any gear on my main.

my altar is gone in season, have to progress it again rofl
from what i see in game looks like other players experience the same bug
in paragon window it says im ----4000 (negative) something paragons
are we supposed to play season now or not?
i dont want to loose anything again

awesome mail, cube slot 4 vanished, cube vanished, my first thought was that season is over so i started to stow away the mail. today i heard about rollback ? is it possible to go back to early 05.01.25 ?
now i see season progress correctly, but gold and any other ressources are vanished too as progress of crafting. shrine of rites is resetted too.
