i lvl alt accounts regularly, i can carry and gear a cookie cutter build in 3 hours if i’m being stingy. after this t16 is a breeze and you do not need assist from party i can even do t16 w/o any gems or even ancient gear… you can make a new record alt even more impressive by giving it free bounty cache. so all the toon needs to do is farm greater rift. sometimes my dude just sits in the greater rift and stays for closing… sitting in town also works for bounty req part of journey. you can get isboxer n play 2 or 4 diablo 3 at once as well. lots of shortcuts you can make if you have at least 2 accounts. don’t play frenzy barb. it’s literally the easiest set to get fully primal for barbarian, big shocker it’s trash standing next to ww/rend logic.

I actually found Hammerdin to be the easiest way forward as a sader. Just stand in the middle and watch those hammers spin…

I usually play from the season start for about 8-10 hours, then play for another 4-6 hours the next day, and after that point i’m pretty much done with the Season. That’s also with a 3-4h 1-70 time (and I can do it in less than 60m now).
So yes, you can definitely get Guardian in less than 200 hours. A lot of people only play for the first 2-3 days, or first week, get their season complete and don’t come back.

It just takes knowing the builds/class, spec’ing and gearing correctly, and knowing the best ways to get things done quickly.
For all of the bounty stuff you can just join a public game, spend 20 minutes in there and you’re done.

If you plan your season journey ahead of time, you can easily cut your 200h time down to 50h or less.

Okay, so I did this. 100% solo on my alt account that’s never been in a coop game, and I have the unearned ‘Join a Cooperative Game’ achievement to prove it.

It took me a little under 14 hours to finish Guardian, and a little under 17.5 hours to finish the other two conquests too: Years of War (GR55 with 6 sets) and Masters of the Universe (8 set dungeons).

Could definitely have done Guardian a bit quicker, 12.5-13 hours would be easily doable. My levelling time was a bit slow, I could do a better job maintaining kill streaks, particularly early on. I’m better once I have Teleport + Disintegrate.

And I had pretty bad luck getting Swami and a Chantodo’s wand. ~8k shards on helms and 11 additional wizard hats found/upgraded for Swami (it’s a 1 in 5 wizard hat, only a 3% chance for it to take at least that long to find Swami) and 37 wands found/upgraded before Chantodo’s wand (it’s a 1 in 9.75 chance for Chantodo’s wand, only a 2% chance for it to take at least that long to find Chantodo’s wand). Finding either of those items an hour or two sooner would shave some time, as I could have started running higher torments/GRs sooner. I had some decent luck in other areas though (RoRG from second Act I cache, Cursed Peat on second search of Paths of the Drowned) so I can’t really complain.

I also took some time to level a DH before I finished Guardian as at that point I already had all the wizard items I needed. Cutting that out and going straight for Guardian would also save some time. But I wanted to get a bit of a headstart working towards Years of War and Masters of the Universe.

My time to Boss Mode would have put me in the top 12 for Boss Mode, mostly behind some full teams. And a little behind myself on my main account. In this solo run I think I got Aether Walker around hour 7 though, so I definitely could have finished Boss Mode a bit sooner if I was pushing for rank.

My time to Years of War would also have put me in the top 10 for that conquest. Also slightly behind myself on my main account.

My time to Masters of the Universe would have put me at rank 2 for that conquest, behind only myself on my main account
