Are you sure about the paragon? When I checked in game just now, it was 1328.
Either way, I am pretty sure that this was not intended.
What they are doing is the very definition of an exploit.

Pretty sure a zAnything at 150 with “low” paragon is an exploit. Granted, it’s exploiting a royally broken seasonal theme, but it’s still an exploit.

But isn’t the premise of a “zBarb” that of a character that doesn’t do any damage in order to support some larger group?
How does a “zBarb”, a Barb that “does not damage” solo, well, anything, much less a 150?

Well, it’s actually blizzard’s failure to see ahead and make the same mistake as season 19.
Whether it’s an exploit or a smart utilization of the seasonal buff is debatable for players. Did blizz intentionally let the same thing happen so that players who know the mechanics of the seasonal buff can be on top? we won’t know for sure.

China server also did the same with 2.7k paragon.
In their’s forum discussion, it is most probably 1 enter GR, 1 reject GR. The team mate stacking buff outside of GR while he inside the GR obtain the buff as well.
Wait for Blizzard investigation.
No investigation needed, a streamer even made a youtube guide on stack swapping. Its an obvious exploit, and something that should have been fixed in PTR.

Disable this obnoxious theme. Job done.
If they need a band-aid buff, then double bounties/shards/goblins or whatever will do.
LMAO and some “players” already call for the GoD set nerf, but season theme is perfectly fine and there’s nothing wrong (sarcasm) with most people exploiting it to clear GR 150 in 2-4 Man group.
It’s all fault of the OP GoD set… (sarcasm again…)

Soon^TM? It’s already weeks into the season and still no word from Blizzard on the abuse of the season theme and its broken implementation. They should have temporarily disabled the season theme until a fix is found, but … yeah 
Seasonal data is often misleading. Therefore, many are using non-season data to support their thoughts on relative class strength.
If the reports are true about the seasonal GR 150 method, there is definitely something fishy going on exploiting the seasonal theme.

oh, they responded already. They look into this.
In their usual speed theyll try to fix this. So good luck in the next 1-2 weeks until they brick it completely 
im rather sure, there will be another exploit after the “fix” that is even stronger. It was at least the way the seasontheme evolved til now 
anyone remember back in 2016 when they had that firebug exploit thing and they literally said “oh yeah we’re totally ok with this. we’re not gonna change it”?
does anyone know about the pets being able to activate the seasonal theme?? its all messed up!!!

and yes there are extremely many exploiters in the EU. They have been cheatting for weeks and have cleared lvl 150 in all teams many days/weeks ago.
