Hello all! My wife and I have been playing the current Season, couch co-op on PS4. I am signed in as the primary user, she joins my game under her PS4 profile. Because it is my game, she cannot do the solo accomplishments (Equip a follower, etc) to receive Season rewards. Can anyone think of a way for her to receive the rewards? She’s done the work, and I hate that she can’t get her armor set pieces due to a technicality. Thanks for any suggestions!
is it actually a full profile, or just one created under yours?

check her season journal is it already claim like yours?
if it is claim just make a new profile yes she starts at Lvl 1
but you are already having full sets or partial sets which can easily pull off at T6 so helping her is easy

You write that that she has her own PS4 account and the PS4 is your primary device.
Try going back from the character screen to the title screen by pressing O and let her press X. This way she should be able to play solo.

Full profile. We figured out what it was. The PS4 updated and she was not signed in on her profile. That was the issue. Once she signed in, she was able to complete the Season steps. I appreciate the help, Eddie!
