I got an error something like “the requested season is incorrect” (I can’t remember the exact wording) but was able to create one eventually. However, I also get an error often when trying to enter a game, and I was not able to retrieve the Challenge Rift prize on my seasonal character, even though I completed the CR after creating the seasonal character and entering a game at least once.

made season toon did challenge rift got no bag .went back to challenge rift got a potion .
Restarted game started a game with my season toon didn’t notice it had changed to non season and got the bag so that has stuffed that for me.now can’t make a season one now anyway

Check the CR number. It’s an ancient one from months ago. Asia server is a total disaster. It should be taken offline.

I created a seasonal DH, killed Zolton Kulle, got the seasonal drop. Then I did the Challenge rift. The Reward only showed up in NonSeason. Then I opened my seasonal character again, and the seasonal drop no longer dropped from Kulle after killing him 3 more times.

The Asia server is just trash. It’s been awful for awhile, but I decided it’s not even worth doing the season in the shape it’s currently in.

I can’t help but wonder if each shard is only meant to drop once. I got my first one from Kulle, the crappy one with the pets - instasalvage to get 3 crappy imperial Topazes (I’m a DH).

And after that, bumped it to T1 after I got the Cirril satchel, killed him 2-3 more times - nada.

Then I killed Maghda, Ghom, Azmodan, Belial…they dropped no shards. Ran a T1 rift, RG didn’t drop :poop: either.

I did some test runs with Kulle and got 2 Shards from 5 runs.
