I completed the Rakanoth and Urzael achievements yesterday but I haven’t got credit for them. Is this a bug?
You should be more specific. There are several season achievements related to bosses. There are seasonal journey one, boss mode conquest, and actual boss achievement in season general tab.
For seasonal journey one, check difficulty.
For boss mode, you need to finish every bosses in 20 min right after you make a room. So any boss kills after the timer runs out won’t be counted.
For general tab achievement, I had no problem getting them on US server. Did you see the achievement actually pop up? It should. No waiting til later, it just pops up right as you finish it. Failure in those achievements often happens as we don’t what is what attack. But search vids of it to see which attack you’re aiming for. They are all still doable.

It was the one about surviving Urzael’s firey cannon attack 5 times and Rakanoth’s blade attack 5 times. I should have said on Europe server. I checked the difficulty level too. The achievement didn’t pop up. I did another one and it did ok, but not these 2.
IIRC, when I searched it, there were some conflicting info here and there. But from what I can remember, for Urzael, it has to be done in phase 2. Same ol’ stuff, the blatantly obvious cannonball attack but during phase 2, which makes it a burning attack, I guess. For Rakanoth, I believe it was the obvious attack one, the teleport attack (or, is it not?). My memory is a little fuzzy on this one, but what made this confusing was, you have to be ‘hit’ by the attack. Don’t know about block, but dodge definitely doesn’t make it counted.
I think I should’ve been for specific on this, but iirc, you didn’t actually need to kill the boss in order to get the achievement. Once you’re hit 5 times of Blade Strike or Burning Cannonball, achievement will pop up. Don’t try to kill the boss asap. Try taking the hit for a while, as long as you can survive it.
edit: nope. for Rak, you need to kill him. just did it on EU server. just make sure to get hit by teleport strike enough before going for the kill. I waited til 10 strikes.
huh. you need to kill Urzael also for the achievement. but same thing, just make sure to get enough hits before killing him. did both on EU server. I believe Urzael having to be done in phase 2 still stands.
