I have one item left to complete Chapter 4 and it’s “Reach Greater Rift level 20 solo.” I’ve done a handful of Nephalem Rifts up through Torment IV, which gives me access to GR lvl 21. I ran a GR at lvl 20 this morning in a private game, so completely solo. I finished the GR, but not within the bonus timeframe. I don’t have credit for finishing in the Season Journey, though. Is the not finishing within the timer what’s keeping me from completing the Season? Thanks in advance for the guidance!
To “complete” a Greater Rift, you must kill the Rift Guardian within 15 minutes from starting the rift. In other words - if you run out of time, the rift is not considered “completed”.

I guess the task is just poorly worded. It only says “Reach…” and doesn’t mention completing.

Not only that, but when you’re in a Greater Rift, the Objectives Window simply says to kill the Rift Guardian. The Bonus is to kill it within 15 minutes.
The Season Journey Objective should specifically say to “kill the Rift Guardian within 15 minutes” or “successfully complete a Greater Rift 20 or higher”. (“Successfully complete” usually means to complete an Event and the Bonus).

Funny, when I was just a Diablo 3 beginner, and knew almost nothing about the game, I thought I had to go to 20th floor of Greater Rift - that’s because in English there are:
- “level” for difficulty (as in the obelisk)
- “floor” for actual floor of the rift (as in the upper right corner when playing in the rift)
and in Polish, which I was playing in the beginning, both terms are translated to a single word - “poziom”. Thus I was confused and, frankly, quite disappointed to discover, that greater rifts do not have that many floors to go 20 floors deep.
Today I’m just laughing my a_s_s off of my earlier self 
My bad. 
The Objectives Window actually says:
Kill the Rift Guardian’s minions
The Bonus does say:
Kill the Rift Guardian before the timer ends to successfully complete the Rift.
Still, the Journey Objective should replace the word Reach with Successfully complete.
