Ok so having an issue where yellow items can no longer be converted to legendary item threw kana’s cube… All my gear is now level 1 and every time i pick up any thing its at level 1. Hope of Cain needs a level 70 item to be upgraded. So now i cant even upgrade a specific item in hopes of getting cretin gear. so that suks
Yes, you can still upgrade rares to legendaries. It’s just more difficult to tell what the item level is.
Craft a “sovereign” WhatYouWant at the blacksmith, problem solved

dosent matter what i craft from blacksmith it all says its level 1 and all the gear i pick up says lev 1…also loged in to day to play with a friend and now im getting there was a problem creating the game. (code 1)
The game says you it’s a lvl1 but all sovereign items actually have level 70.
The ‘level required’ is 1, but the item level itself is still 70. It’s like when you put a Gem of Ease into a lvl 70 weapon - the ‘level required’ will say 1, but the item level itself has not changed.
Right after one buy the altar power, there is a bug, one could only craft 1 yellow per item type (the min level one I think)
However, after restarting the game, the bug is solved, one can see a long list of yellow items for each item type. Select the most expensive one at the top of the list. This is the level 70 one. Craft this one, it can be upgraded in the cube.
There is much easier way to identify level 70 rares on blacksmith’s list: they have a word “sovereign”.

There’s an exception to this, however. Level 70 1H scythe and phylactery are not “Sovereign”.
