I completed the season but didn’t get the pet reward. Please fix thank you!
When you open your Season Journey Window, do you see this:
If so, you should find your Cosmetic Pet in your Collection, on the Pet Tab. You should see it on the very top row.
She’s called Taennin the Tiny.

Did you finish the entire journey? There’s more than just the first 4 chapters. Your profile shows paragon 190 for your Seasonal heroes - check journey again?

I didn’t even check the OP’s paragon level. If it’s only 190, it’s unlikely he/she has done the entire journey.
This has been a common mistake for a while now. Particulary new players don’t realize that the Chapter 4 rewards of the journey have been on repeat since S17 and the new cosmetics advertized in the season blogs are for completing the entire journey, all the way to Guardian. Even though the blogs always state very clearly they are for completing the entire journey.
