What build this Season is going to complete GR’s the fastest? Seems like there are a lot of build options this season but struggling to figure out the fastest one.

I think the general consensus is that death nova is the most busted of busted builds, if all you care about is the meta.
It really depends on what tier of GRs you mean. If you want to do low/medium GRs (about 100-110), the GoD DH can blitz through them at super speed. If you want to go higher with little less speed, Tal Rasha Meteor is a good choice.
I find it unfortunate that what’s classified as the best builds in D3 are those that have to round up the entire rift into one pack then kill them at once. It’s such boring and bad design. I really hope D4 departs from it.

I have somewhat limited experience with “speed builds” as I find, on console anyway, at around +75% movement the character can be quite difficult to control, but the ones I have used that worked well for me are:
- Barbarian Whirlie-Rend Midas. Not really for a GR though but other speed like bounties/Boss Mode.
- Demon Hunter Gears of the Dreadlands.
- Monk Justice Rush.
- Crusader Pony Bombard.
There are probably better ones but I have preferences.
