Keywardens not showing up on maps or appearing on season 28 characters. Still showing them on non-seasonal character maps. Cleared all of Fields of Misery KW and was not located. Checked out the secret door in Act 1 and it was functional. Playing on PC
What level are you? They only appear at or after level 60 I believe.
That I am not sure. However, the game difficulty must be at least Torment 1, and the keywarden will not drop a machine for any character below lvl 70.

If you are exactly Level 60, then you can get the old legacy Machines and the Ubers will drop the legacy organs when you kill them. These are for the old Hellfire ring.
That is why the 2m gold recipe is still in the game; for those who do not have RoS and are capped at level 60. You must be exactly level 60 to get the drops though.
In case anyone wants to know, you can freeze the game level to farm the legacy machines/ubers/hellfire ring by having a level 60 person start the game in campaign mode, and then invite you. Then they leave game or stay in town, and it will be frozen at level 60 until you remake game. You might also be able to get the legacy machines in adventure mode, but I have not tried it.

I have the same problem. My char is max level and i have done some of the season. But no Keywarden symbol is shown on the Act maps (none currently, Adventure Mode, Public Game with Key Warden). I have tried diffrent difficulties (from Normal to Torment 6 ), still same problem. I have this problem for 2 days now or more.
Post screenshots of it. You need to be at least T1 for the Keywardens to show. For example, here is what the map looks like on Master:
