Used Altar of the Rites Anointed and now all gear even world drops show up as level one gear. Please help???

- fully upgrade blacksmith
- craft ‘Sovereign’ items, especially weapon
- increase difficulty to Torment 1 or higher
- level to 70

What help do you need?
That Altar node hides the item’s true level but allows any character of any level (in the account and season, of the same mode like Soft Core) to use the item. It has no impact on other item-level dependencies like what level of item you craft or upgrade.
Black smith is fully leveled. Torment level 5. Level 70. All gear is dropping with level 1 stats. I realize that the altar hides the level requirement but I don’t think all gear should be dropping with level 1 stats. Especially with torment difficulty.
