Have a monk and tried to equip its best build for season, but there seems to be a bug on how the Patterns of Justice 6 piece bonus and Won Khim Lau bonus not working at the same time. If whirlwind is up, using Tempest Rush will usually favour PoJ bonus, while cyclone strike will only seem to activate when using Tempest Rush when whirlwind is not up. I am able to get it to change in game by restarting the channel of TR. Character also has cubed Lefebvre’ Soliloquy, Balance, Ring of Royal Grandeur.
It seems that these two bonuses cannot work together. Was working towards /patterns-of-justice-tempest-rush-monk build.

Tempest Rush, Cyclone Strike and Sweeping Wind do different things with the Patterns of Justice set. Cyclone Strike is triggered by a cubed weapon and triggers defense from a cubed Pauldron. Cyclone strike does group monsters for Tempest Rush to hit. Cyclone Strike is not a significant damage dealer with this build. You do get some damage from Sweeping Wind but the bulk of the damage comes from Dashing Strike.
Cyclone strike is definitely active while both Tempest Rush and Sweeping Wind are active. Cyclone Strike is what is pulling monsters to your character.
