Anyone messed around with UE6 HA + Bolas? Grouping mobs with Leonine and Emimeiās lets you shred them with HA.
I like all the suggestions you put on here. In my opinion, there is too much reliance of certain gear to get the set to where it needs to be for optimal damage for farming.
I would like for the power level of all base skills to be viable at T16 with minimum gear reliance such as:
- F&R
- Depth diggers
- Hunters wrath belt.
I feel I can attain this with other sets like UE and Shadow Impale. These 4 items add a lot of damage (Boost) to the primary skills.
I would like to have the option and freedom to wear farming gear such:
- gold wrap
- avarice band
- and sages set
For T16 farming. Without the mentioned items listed above, this playstyle is not quite viable at low paragon levels. Also, Bola damage needs to be boosted way up to compete with Hungering arrows. Bolas is a fun and visual build and I would love to use it for farming as well.
Lastly, If the team is not willing to have the momentum stacks stay up with strafe as the trigger, I would like to have the momentum stacks from the set stay up for 6 (real time) seconds before dropping. Right now, they drop a bit too fast. Having them stay up for 6 seconds will make it more user friendly.
Missile Dampening is the balance for Juggs, Wallers, Illusionists, Spinners and Dervishes. Adding any sort of pierce cap throws all of the performance tests out the window, jeopardizing the whole build.
Feedback for Impale DH. Please up the damage on HPS to around 300% or so, or raise the 2pc bonus of SM. Or, raise both! Lol
Doesnāt really matter which way you do it, but please do. I donāt see any real good reason to farm quivers to get 3-4 gr improvement.
Iād like to start a campaign to have Vengeance be completely cc immune to wormholes. That is the bane of my rapid fire existence
This was already listed in my set of recommendations.
What I suggested was one possible nerf to Missile Dampening elites. Another idea could be a pierce cap per arrow per target, so that the same arrow canāt hit the same target over 10 times but can still pierce more than 10 targets a few times each.
At the moment, there is no other build I know of that can vaporize a specific type of enemy in a high GR like that without area damage or a conduit pylon! I just want to close the gap on the easiest and hardest monsters to fight for the build.
If we need to fish for those very rare (5%?) Missile Dampening enemies and avoid Waller + Illusionist enemies, that adds another layer of RNG for fishing (where only those with 1000s of keys can hope to get).
While GRs by their nature are indeed random, they should have rules in place to limit the variance. Some rules already exist such as for pylon spawning (at most 1 of each type of pylon, max 4 pylons per GR, spread out by progression).
We could make a separate topic regarding GR fishing so I wonāt go into this topic further here.
And I really hope they listen to me on that point instead of you =) Butā¦I doubt they will.
Impale needs 300% buff pure and simple!
The new GoD set for my play style sucks. It feels so clunky and the slight stutter step every time I need to fire my primary makes me want to rip my eyes out. Itās god awful game play even if it can do 135s+. If you want spin to win The WW barb is so much more fun and smoother to play.
I hope impale gets the needed buff and for speed I will stick to MS.
I dont like this new Set. Do we really need a second Whirlwind like Class in the Game ?
What about Elemental Arrow, Chakrams ?
And it feels fragile, think it needĀ“s more Toughness.
UPDATE!
Two old/new bugs found regarding Entangling Shot! These bugs have likely been in the game for a long time but only now have been noticed since Entangling Shot will be playing a more prominent role in the coming patch.
Iām aware of your proposal, we talked on the other thread. I donāt care they listen to as long as they do it. Why does it matter who they listen to? This is a community for overall feedback from a lot of people.
Anyways, several years ago, when Shadow was buffed to 6k for the 2pc I PTRād that as well and recommended that they add a damage modifier to HPS, and increase the 2pc of SM to 10k minimum. You might find that on the old forums.
Was more for Iria, but I think buffing HPS is the wrong way to do it. Shadow needs a buff and itās welcome, IF they buff HPS, it needs to be more than 75-100, which is obvious to everyone that plays it.
But Iām going to say that DH would be better by off fixing Impale without changing HPS. Weāre running out of room to make nice updates and wasting it on HPS vs improving the whole set/KP makes me a little sad. If the buff goes through, I think autorolling CHC and/or impale damage on it is almost required with the extra damage.

That is actually debatable since its common knowledge that after all new sets are done Blizz is going to be revisiting all classes in order to do a balance patch for everything. Also honestly I donāt see much difference if they buff the set vs buffing HPS all in all the buff would be done, the build would perform better and we would all call it a day.
I donāt know if it was just because I switched BotT for Stricken which did wonders for the boss. So there is that to consider.
But I also switched out Single Out for Sharpshooter and regular mobs throughout the rift seemed to die faster.
Now, Iām also running FoT and I got Conduit and Power, so I canāt be certain but there might be a weird interaction between Sharpshooter and Hungering Arrow.
I wouldnāt know how to test it but I thought Iād bring it up in case there is and you guys would want to test it.
At any rate I went from not finishing 129 by anywhere from a few seconds to 1 minute and a half to beating it with 3 minutes plus to spare. Just struck me as odd.
75-100% for one of the hardest to roll items in the game is pretty bad. HPS is not fun trying to get a good version of, so updating KP or the set (and giving them more damage) is a lot more beneficial than a tiny buff to HPS.
one of the hardest to roll items in the game is pretty bad
I get that but at the same time the core of the game has always been you have to grind items in order to be powerful. And since Impale build is pretty much similar to the crusader build do you know how hard is to roll an off hand for crusader? Itās exactly how hard is to roll a good HPS. Thing is when you do get one youāre rewarded big time. But by any means that prevents you to be powerful as well, the only thing youāre going for is that youāre only able to play if you have the biggest possible dps item otherwise youāre stuck and that is not completely true.
Just did a 110 with minimal augments. The best combination of weapons I have found for Hungering Arrow is Dawn, Vallaās Bequest and Ninth Cirri Satchel. If the extra Strafe damage from Vallaās Bequest affects the damage of the primaries fired from Strafe it would be the obvious choice to wield. Does anyone know yet if it affects them? Iām using Vallaās Bequest because I assume it affects the primaries fired from Strafe somehow although Iām not sure how.

The Strafe +100% applies only to the strafe shots which do very very low damage relative to the primaries. The pierces also apply only to those same shots, not the primaries. At best, the pierces help proc Thrill of the Hunt on more targets at a time.
Iria, thanks for the reply. I figured the shots would count as extra hits for bane of the stricken if nothing else.
