After transferring seasonal items to non-seasonal stash some items are gone. I have received all items from seasonal email in the left down corner, but about 20 items are gone (almost all of them primals). Any ideas? EU realm.
Any chance you hit the “trash bin” button at the lower left of Mail window? That is “delete” button.
No matter what was the reason, there is no item restoration service in this game because it doesn’t keep any log. Lost is forever.
The only way is to do an account rollback which rollback to a savepoint done by the system (no one know how often the system make a backup). So, no one guarantees that you’ll recover the lost items. Also, I don’t know what will happen if you rollback to the season.
Bare in mind that no undo for account rollback, and you have only 3 rollback chances in the whole account life.
Account Rollback is a self-service. If you want to “gamble”, than go to this support web page and read carefully before you press the blue “Request Rollback” button.

If you had them in the stash, they get sent per mail.
If you had them in the inventory, theyll just stay there and get transfered to nonseasonal with your whole character.
By any chance, do you still have a mail icon showing below the Chat Window?
If you have more items in your mail than can fit in your Inventory, your Inventory will be filled and the rest will stay in your mail. If this is the case, you should be able to claim the rest of your items once your Inventory is cleared.
I think I got all my stuff, the only “glitch” was that the season ended for me 2 days later than announced??!
