What do you guys think about this? With 2 weapon slots, you can run all 3 of Nayr’s, Fang, and Bloodtide. So you can do a kind of hybrid spec with Death Nova for trash clear as well as reliable corpse generation + lotd for corpse lance elite sniping.
I’d recommend Scythe of the Cycle over Trag’Oul’s Fang, SotC is a 5x (to Nova) vs Fang’s 3x (to everything). For offhand I’d go with any phylactery since they generally have more ideal rolls (especially the damage roll). I played a build similar to this (obviously without the season 20 dual weapon cube buff) and it was a lot of fun. I used poison CE and Grasps of Essence instead of poison nova as my 4th poison skill for Nayr’s.
You want the following build. Rob’s been working on this for S20 meta. Should give you max proc’ing with Nayr’s Black Death. Keep in mind its still in testing.

Nice build except for that Krysbin’s Sentence. It always rolls Int and attack speed so getting double crit and area damage is not possible.
