When the season closes on march 1st andl all the loot gets sent into the mail. what time & zone should this be done
5pm CEST for EU, 5pm PST for NA I believe

Best to empty stuff not great or even used now before then. Yes it’s 5pm PST for Americas region.

Blizzard’s time is Pacific time. You can always assume that when they post times, it will be Pacific time (West Coast, North America) unless stated otherwise.
- Note the Blizzard posted time.
- Convert that time to your local time.
For example: I live on the East Coast, North America. My local time is 3 hours ahead of Blizzard’s time. Therefore, anything that happens at Blizzard time (PST or PDT) will be 3 hours later where I reside.
It happens at exactly the same moment. But, our local times may be different, relative to our time zones.
So, 5 PM Blizzard time is 8 PM to me.
If you have trouble converting time, you can use an internet time converter. They usually have a field to insert the posted time and another field to select your local time zone. The posted time can then be converted to your local time.
Here is a simple World Clock that gives times for popular time zones. The first two clocks listed (San Jose/New York) are West Coast/East Coast, North America times you can check at a glance. You can also edit these to show cities (time zones) of your choice.
