Where is this announced? No one is seeing anything about diablo 3 at all…
How stupid can some people be? Troll fail. 
The patch notes will more than likely be released on the same day as the actual patch itself.

He might be trolling. No blog from our CM was posted. All he has are some photos from Blizzcon.
LordFluffy does not have the “Patch Notes” all he has are some photos for some of the sets.
I want the official Patch Notes from Brandy.
It’s trolling - because we found out about major changes via streamers at Blizzcon instead of from posts from the D3 team.
patch notes must be released by 11/12/19 or you can all die in a fire!
