My entire screen is upside down and I can’t fix it. It’s “fixed” when I change it to full screen(windowed) or Just plain windows but i don’t want to play on those settings. Any help? Note I’m using a 40" TV so I cant flip it.
Have to say, that’s a first. I know there are shortcuts to flip screens, but if its normal in desktop modes and only upside down in exclusive mode… What video card you running, how are you connected to the TV, etc.?
Personally I run D3 in windowed full screen all the time anyway at 144hz, mostly because it eliminates micro-stutter for me.
Honestly I have a laptop screen that’s shattered and barely works so that’s why I have it connected to my TV as for the specs i’m not totally sure. I have a Lenovo Edge 2 from like 2016?
There are settings in the windows video driver that allow screen rotation. Maybe something has got stuck for a certain resolution in there? Try to rotate your screen, then turn it back, maybe this will fix the stuck setting.
Lol, this guy knew what kinds of response he was going to get so he made it clear from the start.
I was going to say flip your monitor and play ![]()
But on a serious note try the “scan and repair” option from the battle net app launcher.
When you’re playing D3 on that 40" try Ctrl+Alt+Up Arrow keys.
Less whiskey, more water.
So no, that doesn’t help.
That might work, however this is only affecting him in one mode. This is why I don’t think it will work. That is a global setting that I believe is centered on Intel based video cards.
What I’m wondering here, is whether his laptop (that has no screen cause its busted) has dual video cards. Intel for desktop modes and nVidia for full 3D effects. (or AMD version of same, whatever)
I only think Intel since its upside right in desktop modes and upside down in full screen, meaning the extra GPU settings are inverted.
Now it could be something much simpler. Such as a bad HDMI cable. Might try that first. If no change, see if the TV supports a “Gaming” mode.
Game on.
