Sage's journey bug (emenate) - not dropping double DBs

T13 rift, Sage’s journey set belt, gloves & boots on follower (emulate). Killed elite, ONLY 2 DBs dropped. As per:

T13 should drop 2 DBs with a 25% chance of a 3rd on an elite kill.

So, I should have at LEAST gotten 4 DBs from the kill, not the 2 that dropped.

it has been suggested that the set will only drop double the DBs if you are close to the elite. Surely this is NOT the case? If this is the case, then this screws ranged characters (DH, Wizard) and is incredibly unfair and unbalanced.

The set tool tip doesn’t say anything about range to elite on kill influencing DB drops and Blizzard should be bloody well clear on the functionality of gear in the game in situations like this.

Drops have been truly horrid so far in s23 - excluding the haedrigs gift and an early gamble for quivers @ Kadala, all I have had drop for UE MS is well, NOTHING. Not a single bloody thing. So, looking to farm DBs to well, rare upgrade.

You might want to correct your thread title / body to say emanate rather than emulate.

I know this is quite a few days later, but the lvl 70 Sage’s set doesn’t have pants, it’s Belt, Feet, Hands, and Helmet.

yup, my bad. pants should have been gloves. ughh!
