Shield Glare gains the effects of all its runes, attacks 40% faster, and no longer has a cooldown.

Exarian

Legendary Sword
Shield Glare deals 150% weapon damage as Arcane, Cold, Fire, Holy, Lightning, Physical, Poison.
[100 - 200]% (Crusader Only)

Flail of the Ascended

Legendary Two-Handed Flail
Every socketed diamond increases the damage of Shield Glare by 250%.

More creativity for crusaders in this ONE forum post than blizzard has put into crusaders for the last 8 seasons… Hire this guy bliz… you need him more than you’re willing to admit.
