Explainer
Fantasy: Bard, Carnival, Medieval, Pied Piper of Hamelin
Pied Piper: CC enemies, they attack any creature in range
Harlequin: CC enemies, they split in two (50% dmg, life)
Pied Piper + Harlequin: Rift Guardian attacks itself
Big Idea
Rather than increasing damage, split crazy enemies and let kill themselves.
Vicious and unavoidable crowd control. 
Precisions
- The flute is obviously a 2-Handed weapon (no one plays single-handed)
- Ideally the both sets could be worn by a single character
