Griffon Minos

https://saintseiya.fandom.com/wiki/Griffon_Minos

Griffon Minos’ one and only known attack is his “Cosmic Marionettion” technique. As the name suggests, the move allows Minos to wrap his opponent with strings of Cosmo, entrapping and turning them into living, human marionnettes. In the anime adaptation, the Cosmic Marionettion was also able to control an enemy’s technique, as shown when Minos manipulated the technique’s Cosmo energy to reverse Pegasus Seiya’s Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken, deflect Andromeda Shun’s Nebular Chains, and counter both Cygnus Hyoga’s “Diamond Dust” and Dragon Shiryu’s Rozan Ryu Hi Sho.

Hyoga retaliated with his “Diamond Dust” attack, but it was easily reversed

Cosmic Marionette (コă‚șミックマăƒȘă‚ȘăƒăƒŒă‚·ăƒ§ăƒł, Kozumikku Marionēshon , “Cosmic Marionetion”): Minos uses the cosmos to create very fine and solid power cords, almost invisible, clinging to the arms and legs of the enemy, these allow Minos keep the body of his opponent difficult to control and manipulate their movements at will, as a mere marionette, bending and distorting what you want in a grotesque and frightening display of sadism.

Minos is also an outright sadistic, as he seems to have derived some pleasure from destroying an exceptional fighter, such as Albafica

So you basically just act as a punching bag? No active play at all?

Came here expecting kankuro / sasori themed season. Instead saw masochism.jpg

incredibly dissapointed. this game needs more random naruto references. discommented, disliked, dissubscribed.

Survival is gameplay. :100:

You need to throw away all your defenses, shields, resistances,
etc. :broken_heart:

You can optimize damage by knockback (pull,
etc) :cyclone:

It is not a requirement, but a positive enhancement if you seek top notch damage.

In my first attempt I tried a more ballsy proposal, using Overwhelming Desire (+35% damage taken for charmed enemies), but charmed enemies won’t attack so I tried to transform Charm into Berserk, it was fun (all monsters fighting each other) but I was complex to scale and balance on multiplayer. If Someone has an idea on how to make things work in this direction for a next proposal starring a flutist (2-Hand Flute)
 :stuck_out_tongue:

This is why for this proposal I came with the idea of a reversed Inarius, thorns without thorns, where enemies would be the damage dealers and instruments of their own destruction, and you could enhance the damage they make.

If you want more gameplay, an idea could be put a condition before granting critical statistics, and a duration, like:

Enemies you hit benefit your critical attributes for X seconds

Would this be an acceptable trade-off ?

I need to watch Naruto then. :grinning:

Personally I wouldn’t enjoy the game play either way, but it was just a question as D3 in general does tend to not have such “passive” play.

Right !

Fixed:

Enemies you hit benefit your critical attributes against you for 5 seconds.

Another “mute” thread.

I reduced the passive bonus and made the set more active.

You take 10,000% 1,000% increased damage.

Enemies you hit gain 150% of your critical attributes against you for 5 seconds.
