Error 317002 in server EU since Blizzard diablo 3 server crash yesterday.

I tried to talk to support about this yester day and all they could say even tho i told them in my ticket that i allready had done all the standard troubleshooting they told me i needed to do so. when i replied on this and told them that this was not a client issue but server issue and they comfirmed it even tho they had nothing they could do about it we need to file a bug report. I replied that this was not good customer support and i didnt like the arrogance way to talk to customers and so on and they answerd to give me a 3 days suspension. Blizzard dont like is you are not happy with they bad way handling issues
