S33 no rollback everything gone

Hi.
I started playing D3 again for a short time and restarted a season character. Unfortunately, S33 suddenly ended not long ago. I didn’t roll back. Now, at 5 p.m., Season 33 is over. I saw that I didn’t receive my bank, Paragon, and season achievement.

The bank only contains what I had earned before the crash. My Paragon was at around 600. At the end of the season, I had almost 1,000. My bank after the end of the season no longer corresponds to what I collected after the crash.

I also read in your forum that achievements that are completed but a hack is missing are just a display error.
I have completed all of the season journey’s achievements and also taken screenshots! Is there a way to get these fixed? Unfortunately, I didn’t get any rewards here. All that was missing for everything else was “settled.”

I do take my playing time seriously. Some people will laugh about it. But Blizzard is a community that hopefully understands me? I think this problem affects many other players who are new to the game.

I hope you can help me. Summary.

  1. Bank was not transferred.

  2. Paragon was not transferred.

  3. Achievements were not transferred.

What was left was what was in the inventory and the equipment. It was my first off-season character.

Same here, Got nothing, my paragon didn’t add up as it was supposed too.

I had about 1670 on season and 830 off season. And I ended up with 658 paragon. Thats so far of what It should been.

I didn’t get a mail with the stuff in my stash.

Same here . Only the character has transferred to non season , paragon, stash , mats hasnt been transferred to non-seasonal . I continued to play after the unintentional end on the 5th of january , i completed the altar again , farmed 2071 paragon from 0 . Had some primals , good items , 30 ps and some bounty mats like 1850 . So…would blizz fix this or just an appology and move on ? ??? This is my first time when playing season. Im very dissapointed and im just about to never buy or play blizz games ever again .
