Season ending with short notice?

Dear community manager, a large number of players did not receive item mails after the official end of Season 33. The only demand for players now is to receive item mails,players can give up paragon and other materials etc. Blizzard don’t need to roll back all players to the end of S33 on January 19th, just send the item mails in the season stash to the players. Solved the players’ demands, this is a win-win situation, and resolved this accident.
