S30 goblin portal to not the cow level not greed's domain

Been playing s30 at about 175 paragon, had one goblin so far open a portal but it was for the not the cow’s level instead.

Played off and on about 8 seasons so far and never seen that, seems like a bug. In addition it seem’s like the new level 70 restriction on the upgrade rare recipe prevents the level 31 WD from upgrading puzzle rings too which has always worked in the past.

Not a bug. Came in with 2.6.5 in May 2019.

  • Portals left behind by Treasure Goblins may occasionally lead somewhere udderly ridiculous

Got the Boon of the Hoarder gem from a GR, not as fun as the normal way. It never used to drop in GR, wonder why the change.
