Problem
On one hand, Blood Golem is an underused skill. While it deals area damage, its level of damage is currently insignificant in end-game. It does not cost health, thus cannot be buffed by Trag’Oul’s Avatar 6 pieces bonus.
On the other hand, Trag’Oul’s Avatar 6 pieces bonus is a dead end as it buffs powerful Life-spending skills like Corpse Lance and Skeletal Mage. Both Corpse Lance and Skeletal Mage have better builds. Trag’Oul’s Avatar is left useless. It’s unique 4 pieces bonus is not exploited at its full potential.

Buff Blood Golem based on Trag’Oul’s Avatar 4 pieces bonus.
Power
Veiny Tendrils stun enemies for 3 seconds, deal 0.5%
increased damage per point of extra Life, and increase
your maximum Life by 150% for 15 seconds.
