Explainer
Increase the damage speed of Thorns builds based on permanent minions, like Necromancer Thorns. In addition, all Thorns builds (Necro, Crusader, …etc) can now perform critical damage, which further increase their damage speed. The intent is to make the Hack Axe competitive against other items.
