Your permanent minions hits trigger the smite effect of Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver, as Holy + Cold, healing them instead of you. Secondary skills deal 50% reduced damage.

Explainer
When Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver is equipped, Permanent minions have a 100% chance to trigger its smite effect when they hit, and are healed accordingly for 3% of their maximum minion’s Life, which should make them very sturdy. For now, they don’t trigger the smite effect occuring every 3 seconds (I suppose it would be too much ?). Damage is mixed, Holy because it’s the original damage type, and Cold in order to allow damage to be increased by Convention of Elements. In addition, Holy + Cold fits well with the name, which means you deliver the last sacrament to your enemy.
