Has there been any development in the community where the top builds for Monk are adjusted for the S20 buff or does the buff not affect the top builds that much?
PoJ TR with little rogue and the slenderer are discussed.
Balance and WKL are then in the cube.
LoD WoL gets to wear the rabid strike which doubles the damage basically.

But sadly without PoJ (for pushing), but with SWK, so you can still use the Stonegunlets (equipped)
This way you should not only gain an insane ammpount of armor, but also a little 30% DPS-Buff.
Even though this is not as much, as some other Classes can get.
For Speeds, its the PoJ =)
Take PoJ (lightning) + Shenlongs
and for Rings depending on your gear either
ORotZ + SoJ … or with 69% CDR+ and a Gokuk you go for R&F for even more Power, while still keeping Ephi UP
